In terms of structural design, the equipment adopts a three-phase industrial-grade motor combined with a continuous bagging collection system. The motor is equipped with multiple heat dissipation protection devices, which can realize 24-hour uninterrupted continuous operation and maintain stable suction even under working conditions with extremely high dust concentration. The bagging system is equipped with a special filter bag, which supports the quick bag replacement method of "pull and replace". There is zero dust leakage during the replacement process, which not only ensures operation safety but also greatly saves shutdown time and effectively improves production efficiency.
In terms of adsorption performance, relying on the optimized air channel structure and high-efficiency filtration system, the equipment can accurately capture materials of different particle sizes, including ordinary dust, ultra-fine industrial dust, metal iron filings, glass fragments, plastic particles, wood sawdust, carbon powder, graphite powder and other industrial wastes. The suction attenuation rate is less than 5%, and the single dust collection capacity can reach 50-100L (depending on the model), meeting the centralized cleaning needs of large-scale production scenarios.
The equipment also performs excellently in safety and adaptability. It is equipped with multiple safety devices such as overload protection, leakage protection, and anti-clogging alarm, which meets industrial safety standards. The body is made of thick cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is treated with anti-corrosion spraying, which can adapt to harsh industrial environments such as humidity, high temperature, and heavy oil pollution.
