Equipment Configuration & Working Principle

To address the welding fume pollution problem in the large-span workshop, we have equipped the workshop with 6 sets of YONGSTA 15,000 air volume push-pull cartridge dust collectors, a customized solution tailored to the characteristics of construction machinery welding operations.

Each dust collector is equipped with a dedicated air duct, and the air suction ports and air supply ports adopt a dual-machine linkage mode, which effectively forms a stable air circulation layer in the entire workshop. When welding operations generate fume, the fume rises due to heat and is efficiently captured by the circulating air layer, then sucked into the dust collection host. After deep filtration by the filter element, the treated waste gas fully meets the indoor emission standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment for the workshop.
